Final General Plan
The Final General Plan and Final EIR were adopted by the City Council on October 21, 2025. The 2050 General Plan will go into effect on November 20th, 2025.

Hearing Draft General Plan
The City released an updated draft of the General Plan to be considered for adoption by City Council on October 21, 2025. The Hearing Draft includes all addendum and errata from the Public Draft General Plan based on changed recommended by the public, the Planning Commission, the City Council, and City staff. The portions of the General Plan that changed from the Public Draft are highlighted in yellow and reflected in the updated Addendum and Errata table.
Public Comments on the Draft General Plan
The City received public comments on the Draft General Plan between April 16th and August 14th, 2025. The following table includes all of the public comments and staff responses to those comments.
