The draft Environmental Impact Report for the City of Ventura’s General Plan Update will soon be available. The Environmental Impact Report provides detailed information about the Project’s potential environmental effects to the public and decision-makers. It also identifies ways to minimize or avoid significant effects, and presents alternatives to the proposed project.
